He rose to fame producing songs utilizing software known as Vocaloid, entering a hiatus in 2011 to focus on recordings as a member of the band [a6691088]. He ended this hiatus in 2017, releasing the song "Unknown Mother Goose," his final published work using Vocaloid prior to his death.
On April 5th, 2019, Wowaka passed away peacefully in his sleep; the cause of death was ruled as acute heart failure.
